A drive-up unit is an outdoor unit with direct vehicle access, making it ideal for loading and unloading large or heavy items directly from your car or truck.
Climate-controlled units are temperature controlled. We make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent temperatures during each season to help protect items from extreme temperature changes.
Yes. Climate-controlled units are temperature controlled year-round to protect your belongings from temperature fluctuations.
Yes, boat and RV storage are available at select locations. Please contact our main office in Hobart for details.
No, our storage units do not have electricity.
You are required to use the lock we provide that works with our door latch. In addition, you will need your own lock. You can bring one from home or purchase one from us.
No. Food, beverages, and other perishable items are not allowed to be stored in our units.
Yes. The minimum rental term is one month.
No, unlike many of our competitors, there are no hidden or additional fees with the first month’s rent. We do not charge administrative fees, require mandatory insurance, or require the purchase of a padlock. A security deposit is collected at move-in and will be refunded when you move out, provided the unit is left in good condition.
No, rentals cannot be completed over the phone. You may reserve a unit online, but you must visit the office to sign the agreement, verify your identity, and pick up your key.
No. The person renting the unit must be present with a valid photo ID to sign the lease.
You’ll need a valid state-issued photo ID or driver’s license and a form of payment.
Yes. All About Storage requires a month-to-month rental agreement.
No, insurance is not required.
Absolutely! You’ll rent face-to-face with us, right here on-site. We’re family-owned and operated, and the owners live here, so there’s no call center or runaround. You’ll always talk to someone who knows the property and is happy to help.
Yes! We guarantee your rental rate for a minimum of one year, so there are no unexpected or excessive rent increases.
Office hours are when our facility manager is available to assist you. Gate hours are the times you can access your unit using your assigned gate code.
Rent is due at move-in and on the 1st day of each month for as long as you rent the unit.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as well as checks and money orders. Autopay with a credit or debit card is also available.
You can pay in several ways:
Autopay: Set up online or in the office
Online: One-time payments by credit or debit card
Drop Box: Checks or money orders accepted 24/7
In Office: Pay by card or check (please contact the office manager if you would like to pay with cash)
Advance notice is appreciated but not required. To avoid being billed for the next month, you must complete a termination form in office and return your key by the last day of the month.
No. All rentals are month-to-month, and rent is not prorated or refunded upon move-out.
